Job Overview: As a Team Member at i Noodle, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience. We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about food, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are excited to be part of a new culinary venture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Assist them with menu selections, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive dining experience from start to finish.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your fellow team members to ensure smooth operations. Support each other in various tasks, including cooking, serving, and cleaning.
• Cash Handling: Operate the POS system to process orders, handle cash transactions, and ensure accurate billing.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines. Keep the dining and kitchen areas clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent I Noodle with pride and enthusiasm. Share our story and values with guests to create a loyal customer base.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for food.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying.
