Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience in a fine dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using Aloha POS or similar systems.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Assist in food preparation as needed to ensure timely service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items to enhance the guest experience.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and standards is preferred.
• Experience with cash handling and basic math skills for accurate billing.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation techniques is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to interact with guests and team members.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, helping guests with any needs or requests.
