Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring that all guests have a memorable visit. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining high standards of food safety and guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.
• Present menus, provide recommendations, and answer any questions regarding food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate orders using the POS system and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while checking in regularly to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, aiming for resolution and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift.
• Adhere to food safety standards and proper handling procedures at all times.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions accurately.
• Experience with POS systems; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary terminology.
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a positive rapport with guests.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to interact with guests and team members efficiently.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $18.11 - $19.92 per hour
