Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service and customer relations, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing attentive service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and well cared for.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, offering recommendations and upselling where appropriate to enhance the dining experience.
• Take accurate orders ensuring all special requests are noted correctly.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards.
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation regulations.
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues professionally, and fostering positive guest relations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and coordinate service flow during busy periods.
• Support host/hostess responsibilities when needed, including seating guests and managing reservations effectively.

Experience

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is essential, preferably within fine dining settings.
• Culinary experience or background in food handling enhances your ability to serve confidently in diverse settings.
• Strong skills in time management, multitasking, and prioritization to handle high-volume service periods efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food preparation techniques is required.
• Experience with guest services, upselling techniques, and customer relations is highly valued.

Pay: $16.64 - $17.64 per hour
