The Role

As a Server at The Quartiere, you are the face of the guest experience. You set the tone from the first greeting to the final course. You’ll guide guests through our menu with confidence, anticipate needs before they arise, and ensure every visit feels personal, seamless, and special.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome every guest warmly and create an inviting atmosphere
  • Guide guests through our food and beverage offerings with confidence
  • Provide thoughtful recommendations, including daily specials and wine pairings
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS
  • Deliver dishes with attention to timing, pacing, and presentation
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and respond proactively
  • Communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth, efficient service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including resetting and bussing tables
  • Process payments accurately using proper cash handling procedures
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism, grace, and care
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational standards

  • Previous restaurant experience preferred (fine dining a plus)
  • Experience with Toast POS a plus
  • Interest in Italian cuisine, wine, and service culture is a bonus

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation includes base hourly wage in accordance with state guidelines plus earned tips.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
