Server

Position Summary:

The Blue Duck is looking for a full or part-time Server to provide excellent table service and make restaurant-style experiences for guests. We are looking for a fun, outgoing, and personable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Essential Functions:

• Greet customers as they enter and provide friendly, knowledgeable service in response to their needs
• Take food out of the way so other servers don’t have to do it again
• Assist guests with their orders and food selections
• Deliver orders to guests as requested
• Answer questions about menu items and ordering processes
• Collaborate with other team members and assist management as needed
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
• Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and management to facilitate customer service and improve our service standards
• Offer a menu of items that are both delicious and nutritious

Requirements:

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Must be able to work standing for up to 6 hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
