Duties

• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems ensuring all requests are captured precisely.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a lively, positive attitude that enhances guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables promptly, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting smooth restaurant operations during busy hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Sushi restaurant
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
