Duties

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of dishes and specials.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems, process payments, and give correct change.
Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to food safety protocols, proper food handling, and sanitation procedures.
Assist with stocking the food preparation area, bussing tables, and setting up dining areas.

Experience

No previous experience in food service necessary.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest rapport quickly.
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques is ideal.
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling tasks are essential for accuracy.
