• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency
• Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Manage cash handling, process payments accurately, and operate cashiering systems like OpenTable for reservations and guest management
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, assist with bussing, and support food preparation or kitchen staff as needed
• Uphold food safety standards by following sanitation procedures and proper food handling protocols at all times

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest relations
• Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills during busy hours
• Experience in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities
• Familiarity with food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing
