About Us:

The Tasting Room in Frederick, MD is looking to add a new member to our waitstaff! We are a vibrant, upscale contemporary restaurant in downtown Frederick looking to add a member to a team that blends polished professionalism with genuine hospitality.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced server with a strong background in fine dining or upscale casual service. Must be confident, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality with solid knowledge of food, wine, an spirits. This role requires professionalism, teamwork, and the ability to privde an exceptional guest experience in a busy environment.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2+ years experience in fine dining or upscale casual restaurant environments

- Strong food, wine, and spirit knowledge (formal wine or spirit education a plus)

- Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills

- Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Ability to work 25-40 hours per week

- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
