Server

Armando’s Mexican Restaurant is looking for friendly and motivated Servers to join our team. Our servers play an important role in creating a great dining experience by providing attentive service, menu knowledge, and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
• Take accurate food and drink orders
• Enter orders into the POS system and communicate with kitchen staff
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverages
• Assist with table maintenance, pre-bussing/manicuring.
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Reliable and punctual

Schedule

• Primarily evening shifts
• Occasional morning shifts may be available
• Weekend and weekday availability required
