Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using and ensuring timely delivery
• Enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including food handling and table settings

Experience

• Experience in fine dining or upscale establishments is a plus, demonstrating refined guest service skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is essential
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally
