Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. As a Server, you will be the friendly face that welcomes guests, takes orders, and ensures an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. Your enthusiasm for food, excellent customer service skills, and ability to manage multiple tables will help create memorable moments for our guests. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality talents in a lively environment that values teamwork, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. All positions are paid, including internships.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Manage multiple tables efficiently by prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely service
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed
• Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage guest seating efficiently
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, concerns, or special requests with professionalism

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and cashiering procedures
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently and effectively increase sales opportunities
• Effective time management skills to handle busy service periods smoothly
• Experience with food industry standards such as serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, and basic math for transactions
• Knowledge of reservation platforms like OpenTable is a plus
• Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; a passion for food is essential
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
