Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
• Assist with bussing tables, resetting stations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms
• Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience with a focus on guest service and hospitality excellence
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Experience in fine dining environments or nightclubs is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters guest loyalty
