Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Accurately input orders into the POS system and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their dining experience.
• Assist in training new staff members on service standards and procedures as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Server or in a similar hospitality role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems; experience with OpenTable is a plus.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Knowledge of food handling and preparation standards to ensure guest safety.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
