Server

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated server to join our team at PrimeFish Cellar, a premier Sushi, Caviar, and Wine bar. As a server, you will play a key role in enhancing our guests' dining experience and maintaining the high standard of service that the PrimeFish brand is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional dining service to guests in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverages.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the restaurant's menu items and ingredients.
• Ensure guests are enjoying their meals and address any issues promptly.
• Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

Requirements:

• Previous serving experience is required.
• Knowledge of or experience with sushi or wine is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• A passion for food and providing outstanding customer service.
