<Responsibilities>

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Aloha POS , ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar staff
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
• Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering processes, including cash handling and basic math calculations
• Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to maintain cleanliness and efficiency

<Qualifications>

• Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking seamlessly
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with OpenTable reservations system or similar booking platforms is a plus
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations

Pay: $10.98 per hour
