Job Summary
Join our vibrant team as a Server, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences! You’ll engage with guests, take orders, and ensure their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your passion for food and hospitality will shine as you create memorable moments for our guests in a fast-paced, bar/dining environment.

What you’ll do

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile, providing them with menus and information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS systems, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining excellent time management skills.
• Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math calculations for tips.

Basic qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is required.
