Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities through effective suggestive selling techniques
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations with precision during transactions
• Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and ensure the front of house is clean (walls, etc.) and adhering to sanitation standards including food safety protocols
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations
• Promote our products online using our Facebook business account

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including serving or host/hostess roles
• Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs confidently
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations in the food industry
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while demonstrating excellent time management skills
• Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management
• Previous experience working in fine dining establishments or nightclubs is preferred but not required

Pay: $21.66 - $26.08 per hour
