근무 시간

• 런치 / 런치 포장: 오전 10:30 ~ 오후 5:00
• 디너: 오후 5:00 ~ 오후 11:00
• 나잇: 오후 11:00 ~ 오전 2:00 (나잇 근무는 항상 디너 근무 후 이어집니다)
• 디너 포장: 오후 7:00 ~ 오전 2:00

급여

• 트레이닝: 시급 $15 (최소 3~5회)
• 서버: 시급 $8 + 팁 (세금 약 25% 공제)
• 런치 포장: 시급 $15
• 디너 포장: 7시간 근무 $130

BBQ Chicken Allston is looking for friendly servers to join our team!

Work Hours

• Lunch / Lunch Take-out: 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Dinner: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Night: 11:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Night shift always starts after the Dinner shift and continues)
• Dinner Take-out: 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Pay

• Training: $15/hr (minimum 3–5 shifts)
• Server: $8/hr + tips (approximately –25% tax deduction)
• Lunch Take-out: $15/hr
• Dinner Take-out: $130 for 7 hours

Requirements

• Must have a valid work visa and Social Security Number (SSN)

Preferences

• Availability for Weekday Dinner/Night shifts is preferred

Duties

• Maintain extensive knowledge of the menu to provide accurate descriptions and personalized recommendations to guests
• Greet and seat customers promptly, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring order accuracy
• Remain attentive to customer needs throughout the dining experience, promptly addressing requests and concerns
• Monitor tables to anticipate guest needs, including refills, additional orders, and check-ins
• Process payments and handle cash, credit, and digital transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including resetting tables and restocking supplies
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies to ensure a safe dining environment

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations quickly and effectively
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for cashiering and billing
• Previous experience in serving roles is highly desirable
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred; not required
• Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
