Server

Culaccino - Italian Restaurant & Bar located in Nashville Yards, is seeking experienced Servers to join our Front of House opening team.

Our menu features house-made pastas and wood-fired pizzas with a modern twist, alongside a curated beverage program highlighting independent wine producers from Italy and around the world.

As a Server, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and high-quality service to guests
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly
• Maintain expert knowledge of menu items, wine, and spirits
• Make recommendations to enhance the guest experience
• Set and maintain clean, organized dining tables
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
• Process payments accurately
• Complete opening, closing, and side work duties

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of upscale or fine dining serving experience
• Basic knowledge of wine and spirits
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Highly organized, reliable, and professional
• High School diploma or GED required
• Must have (or be able to obtain) a Tennessee ABC Server Permit
