Overview
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage service. This role offers an opportunity to work in a lively environment, providing memorable dining experiences for our guests while showcasing your skills in food service and guest relations.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Toast POS.
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction and sales
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during food handling and service
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting tables promptly to maintain a clean dining environment
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
• Support additional responsibilities such as host/host duties or nightclub serving as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred, especially fine dining or hospitality settings
• Familiarity with POS systems including Toast POS.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods
• Proven sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Basic math skills for order accuracy and cash handling transactions
• Experience in food preparation, serving, bussing, or host/host roles is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Pay: $7.50 - $17.00 per hour
