Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service within our establishment. You will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring all orders are correct.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with their selections.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.
• Uphold food safety standards by adhering to proper hygiene practices during food preparation and service.
• Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, aiming for high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a server or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential; certification may be required based on local regulations.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using cash registers or POS systems is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a nightclub or similar environment, adapting to varying noise levels and busy settings.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team are essential qualities for success in this role.
