Serve beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks to guests while following all OLCC policies. Serve food to customers as they order from the menu. Is attentive to guests, making them feel welcome, at all times. Pre-bussing tables, bussing tables, carrying full glass racks to and from kitchen, cleaning and stocking bathrooms and service areas, and other duties/sidework tasks as assigned by the MOD. This is a fast paced position that will involve constant customer interaction.

Essential Functions (Duties include but are not limited to):

Serves beverages and food to guests courteously and efficiently.

Ensures all food and beverage items are properly entered into the POS and that payment is collected for all tabs/tables.

Greets all guests entering and exiting the building in a friendly and courteous manner.

Responds quickly to requests from guests, supervisors or management in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.

Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.

Maintains supplies in a neat and organized manner.

Maintains security of equipment, keys and supplies.

Keeps work area clean and organized.

Provides a professional image at all times through appearance, dress, language, and demeanor.

Follows company policies and procedures.

Completes opening/closing tasks as appropriate and other cleaning tasks when possible.

Reports needed repairs of unsafe conditions to supervisor.

Reports missing articles, damage or mechanical problems.

Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

Requirements:

Positive attitude and the ability to work well with others.

Great customer service skills.

Excellent verbal/communication skills and an eye for detail and the ability to multi-task.

Knowledge of beer and beer styles is preferred.

Able to work all shifts and flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Minimum of 18 years of age.

Must possess or have the ability to obtain an OR Food Handler’s card.

Must possess or have the ability to to obtain an OLCC card.

Strong knowledge and adherence to OLCC and Food Handler’s laws.

Ability to move kegs up to 140 lbs.

Self-motivated, self-directed, critical thinker, well-organized, resourceful.

Ability and willingness to work independently.

Requires standing/walking/bending throughout shift.

Preference will be given to those who have at least 2 years of experience in a high-volume brew pub or similar setting.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
