<Duties>

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction
• Assist with food handling, food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with sanitation standards
• Support team members during busy hours by managing cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations efficiently

<Requirements>

Bilingual preferred

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments,
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts
• Familiarity with food industry regulations related to sanitation, food handling, and safety protocols
• Previous host/hostess or serving experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
