Server

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are met.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using Toast pos.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. .
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation standards during food handling and preparation.
• Process payments efficiently using cash handling procedures, including basic math for accurate transactions.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred but will train the right candidate.
• Familiarity with Toast pos is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking various responsibilities.
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Understanding of food safety practices and sanitation guidelines within the food industry.
• Experience as a host/host or in guest services can be beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $6.75 per hour
