In this fast-paced, high-volume environment, you’ll be the face of our brand—delivering exceptional service while showcasing your knowledge of food, wine, and craft cocktails. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a vibrant atmosphere and are passionate about providing elevated dining and nightlife experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, high-quality service by delivering food and beverages with precision, presentation, and efficiency
• Manage multiple tables in a fast-paced setting while maintaining strong communication and guest engagement
• Ensure a seamless dining experience from greeting to check closure, anticipating guest needs throughout service
• Accurately handle cash and POS transactions while following all food safety and sanitation standards
• Build rapport with guests and confidently upsell menu items, specialty cocktails, and featured selections

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining
• Strong knowledge of POS systems
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest relations
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales and enhance guest experience
• Effective time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
• Must have knowledge of spirits and wine

Pay: From $15.92 per hour
