Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, professional, and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable. You will be working in a fast-paced, dining environment and will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will also be expected to speak intelligently about our food and beverage. Compensation is the Michigan minimum tipped wage of $5.49 per hour plus tips. Tips are POOLED between FOH staff per shift + tips are paid out at the end of every shift.

Qualifications:

• 5 years in a full service/high volume restaurant or bar
• TiPS, TAM, or ServSafe alcohol certified
• Reliable transportation
• Open availability *Nights and Weekends Required*
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Basic math skills and accuracy with cash and credit transactions
• Experience with POS systems and basic computer skills
• Knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques
• Familiarity with time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
• A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service
• A strong commitment to teamwork and a willingness to support other staff members
• A clean and professional appearance at all times
