Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Server and take advantage of our flexible schedule while creating an alternate income. In this lively role, you'll become part of our customer relationship team, ensuring food and beverage orders are handled with precision, and create memorable moments with our guests. You will be guided by the principles that make each guest experience a memorable one.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations with precision
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with sanitation standards
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a memorable experience
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fast-paced environment
• Support food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
• Engage in food industry best practices to uphold quality standards in service and sanitation

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or over.
• Previous restaurant or food service experience, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest relations
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
• Excellent communication skills coupled with basic math proficiency for cashiering and cash handling tasks
• Prior host/host or serving experience is a plus but not required; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude above all
