Job Description

Plated Dreams is hiring an experienced Server / Bartender to join our fast-paced brunch restaurant team. This position is ideal for someone with restaurant server experience, bartending experience, and a passion for hospitality and customer service.

As a restaurant server and bartender, you will provide friendly, professional service while maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest experience. At Plated Dreams, every team member plays an essential role in creating memorable brunch experiences.

We currently have two part-time server/bartender positions available.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in a brunch restaurant environment
• Accurately take food and drink orders as a restaurant server
• Serve alcohol responsibly as a bartender (21+ required)
• Maintain full knowledge of the food menu and drink menu
• Assist guests with menu selections and dietary questions
• Operate POS systems including Toast and handheld devices
• Process cash and credit card payments accurately
• Check guest IDs and follow alcohol service laws
• Deliver food and beverages promptly
• Clear, clean, and reset tables throughout service
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and alcohol control policies
• Open and close the bar following legal procedures
• Support team members and complete assigned duties

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant server experience required
• Bartending experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• SIPS & TIPS certification required or willingness to obtain
• Experience using POS systems
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
