Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service, accurate order taking, and effective communication. Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly while providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Toast POS system.
• Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
• Provide recommendations for food and drink pairings, upselling items when appropriate.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently while maintaining cash handling procedures.
• Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, responding promptly to requests for assistance or additional items.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order delivery.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or as a Server is preferred but not required.
• Strong basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills accurately.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
• Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately.
• Knowledge of upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences and increase sales.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $16.94 - $23.00 per hour
