What you’ll do

• Greet and welcome guests with enthusiasm, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring prompt service.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, showcasing your upselling skills to enhance the dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation that meets our high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and adhering to sanitation protocols.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, fostering positive guest relations throughout their visit.
• Process payments accurately through cashiering duties while maintaining cash handling procedures.
• Uphold food safety standards by following proper food handling techniques and ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Basic qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is essential.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with Toast POS.
• Culinary experience or knowledge of fine dining practices enhances your ability to provide excellent service.
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling are required.
