Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience
• Assist with food handling, basic math calculations for bills, cash handling, and cashiering duties
• Support restaurant operations by bussing tables, resetting stations, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with sanitation standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and billing
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and warmly
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
• Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus to better understand menu items and preparation processes
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
• Previous host/hostess or serving experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided if needed

Pay: $5.00 - $7.00 per hour
