Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, working closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle cash transactions using the cash register, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and reporting.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations is a plus.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by the business needs.
