In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive service and ensuring every visit is memorable. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems and attention to detail
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while respecting guest preferences
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, with proficiency in basic math
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and kitchen experience when necessary
• Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting host/hostess duties as needed
• Foster positive guest relations through attentive service, addressing questions or concerns promptly

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Culinary experience or familiarity with food preparation enhances service quality
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables seamlessly during busy hours
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience in bussing, hosting, or serving roles within the food industry is highly desirable
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or night shifts in a lively environment such as a nightclub setting if applicable
