- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee and tea.

- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences

- Operate espresso machine.

- Ensure the quality and consistency of beverages by following recipes and standards

- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or complaints
