Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a passion for the food industry, and a commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed.
• Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills.
• Adhere to sanitation guidelines and food handling procedures to ensure guest safety.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable systems is a plus.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Basic culinary knowledge or kitchen experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
