Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate orders using Toast POS, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar staff
• Recommend menu items, upsell specials, and enhance guest satisfaction through expert food and beverage suggestions
• Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables promptly, resetting tables efficiently, and supporting sanitation protocols in line with food safety standards
• High level of wine and spirits knowledge required

Experience

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is required, especially in fine dining
• Demonstrated knowledge of Toast POS a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
• Familiarity with serving techniques, upselling strategies and
• Previous host/hostess or bussing experience is advantageous but not required; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude above all
