Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and adhering to food safety protocols
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Requirements

• No previous experience in food service or restaurant environments necessary
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Willing to learn time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and order calculations accurately
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and nights is a bonus
