Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a SERVER and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! Whether guiding guests through our menu, upselling specials, or maintaining a vibrant atmosphere, you’ll play a vital role in making each visit extraordinary.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and food safety guidelines
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
• Assist with food handling, sanitation, and kitchen support as needed to uphold cleanliness standards
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties using POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms

Requirements

• Proven restaurant or food service experience, preferably in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as TOAST POS and Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently
• Basic math skills for billing, cash handling, and sales transactions
• Culinary or food industry experience is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Previous host/hostess or serving experience is beneficial; familiarity with food preparation and bussing roles is a plus
