We’re currently seeking motivated, personable, and service-driven Servers to join our front-of-house team. If you thrive in a busy restaurant environment, enjoy connecting with people, and have a passion for hospitality, Baldies might be the perfect fit for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests promptly with a warm and genuine attitude
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system
• Deliver food and drinks with attention to timing and presentation
• Stay attentive to guest needs and ensure a positive dining experience from start to finish
• Collaborate with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section and service areas
• Process guest payments accurately and responsibly
• Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure guest satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated to deliver top-notch service
• Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant preferred, but we’re open to training driven candidates with the right attitude
• Must be at least 18 years old

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
