Job Overview

Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food handling and sanitation standards.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Buss tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Handle guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in a nightclub or high-volume restaurant setting.
• Familiarity with culinary practices, food handling procedures, and sanitation guidelines is essential.
• Strong guest relations skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide excellent service.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with upselling techniques is a plus to enhance guest dining experiences.
