Duties

• Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation.
• Monitor guest needs throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines while handling food and beverages.
• Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
