Hilltop Jamaica Restaurant & Lounge is seeking a friendly, energetic server to join our team. You'll be the face of our restaurant, providing top-notch service to every guest. From taking orders and serving meals to ensuring each customer has an unforgettable dining experience, you’ll play a vital role in our fast-paced, vibrant environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, and seat guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Share menu knowledge and recommend items to enhance the guest experience.
• Accurately take orders and coordinate with the kitchen team.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high presentation standards.
• Handle payments and ensure accurate cash transactions.
• Support a clean and welcoming dining atmosphere by assisting with bussing and cleaning.
• Work closely with the team to keep service smooth, even during peak times.

Qualifications

• Great people skills and a passion for hospitality.
• Experience in food service or nightlife is a bonus, but not required.
• Able to handle busy shifts with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for payment processing.
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
