Job Summary
Join our team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this energetic role, you will deliver outstanding guest service, ensure food and beverage orders are accurately taken and promptly delivered, and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Your enthusiasm, and attention to detail will shine through as you engage with guests, upsell menu items, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. This position starts at $4.74/hr + ALL tips at the end of every shift!

Duties

• Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and assist with menu selections to enhance their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining excellent guest relations and ensuring satisfaction
• Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant roles.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally and courteously
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Previous host/hostess or serving experience is advantageous; familiarity with bussing duties is beneficial
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a dynamic environment
