Job Details: Server at Pink Lotus Thai Restaurant – An Elevated and Unique Dining Experience:

Pink Lotus Thai Restaurant spotlights the lesser-known side of Thai cuisine. Our menu focuses on regional specialties rarely seen in American Thai restaurants—dishes like gaeng som (sour turmeric curry from the south), khao soi nam ngeow (a northern tomato and pork rib noodle soup), and laap khua (a bold, herb-heavy take on larb from Chiang Mai). Served in a shareable, tapas-style format, Pink Lotus brings a new kind of Thai dining experience to Atlanta—one rooted in tradition, yet refreshingly unexpected.

We’re seeking servers who value hospitality, love great food and drink, and are eager to grow within a thoughtful and supportive team.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver attentive, knowledgeable, and gracious service to every guest, creating a memorable and elevated dining experience.
• Master the food and cocktail menus, including ingredients, flavor profiles, and allergen information, to confidently guide guests through their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and bartenders to ensure seamless communication and efficient service.
• Maintain a clean and organized section, following opening, running, and closing sidework responsibilities.
• Handle multiple tables with grace and efficiency, anticipating guest needs and responding quickly to requests.
• Arrive on time, in uniform, with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

• Weekend availability (Friday–Sunday) is required; open availability is a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 2 years of serving experience in a fast-paced or elevated dining setting.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and occasionally lifting or carrying items.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, guest-focused mindset.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($2.13) plus tips

Estimated Weekly Tips: $1,000

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $150.00 - $350.00 per day
