Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen interest in the culinary arts. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Process payments accurately through cash handling and cashiering procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and adhering to sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely food preparation.
• Uphold food safety regulations and proper food handling practices at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, particularly in fine dining establishments or nightclubs.
• Familiarity with OpenTable for reservations management is a plus.
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is beneficial.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for processing orders and handling cash transactions effectively.
