What You’ll Do

• Run your section like a business—own your tables from start to finish
• Drive sales through upselling margaritas, tequila, appetizers, and specials
• Deliver a high-energy, memorable guest experience every time
• Stay sharp on menu knowledge, events, and promotions
• Work as part of a team that moves fast and supports each other
• Execute at a high level during busy nights, events, and peak hours
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and strong closing habits

• Strong personality—confident, engaging, and in control
• Natural ability to sell and influence guests
• High sense of urgency and awareness
• Team player who doesn’t need to be micromanaged
• Someone who takes pride in being one of the best on the floor
• Reliable, consistent, and accountable
• Experience is preferred—but mindset matters more than years
