Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality food and beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Accurately input orders into the Toast POS system, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction and address any needs or concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to food safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely food preparation.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system, handling cash and credit transactions efficiently.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or large parties.
• Pre-bussing tables
• Help food run
• Work as a team

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests.
• Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in food service environments.
• Experience working in a kitchen or food service setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
