Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure that all food safety protocols are followed, including proper sanitation practices.
• Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring high standards of quality.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Promote menu items and upsell additional products to enhance guest experience.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
• Experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area and kitchen.
• Excellent communication skills for effective guest relations.
• Sales skills to promote menu items effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $70.00 per hour
